Lyncronize GmbH wants to live up to its social responsibility to protect the environment and human health. Therefore, we follow strict principles in the selection of our partners, technologies and in our development processes, includes, among others, the following points:
The share of IT services in global CO2 emissions has grown significantly in recent years. When choosing our hosters, we therefore make sure that they have appropriate concepts for the most sustainable operation possible. This applies in particular to the use of green electricity, certificates for energy efficiency and measures to reduce the carbon footprint.
The selection of service providers is always based on their compliance with ethical standards and norms. This includes, for example, the avoidance of child labour, violations of the minimum wage, discrimination and forced labour.
Where travel is required, we support the use of means of transport that conserve resources as much as possible. Employees are encouraged to travel by train whenever possible. Unnecessary travel is avoided.
Employees are encouraged to actively contribute to avoiding waste and conserving resources. This includes avoiding the unnecessary use of paper and the exclusive use of modern office space with a correspondingly high level of energy efficiency.
All employees of Lyncronize GmbH are aware of their personal responsibility with regard to environmental protection and the use of resources. This also applies in particular to the management, which supports appropriate action.
