We developed a web app for a company specialising in outdoor advertising. It supports both the internal service provider management and the technicians in efficient order processing (including the installation of advertising screens at the point of sale, etc.).
Initial situation:
Up to now, the customer has placed its assembly orders with service providers with a high manual effort. The documentation was done with MS SharePoint.

For a customer in the FMCG industry (fast moving consumer goods) with numerous ordering processes for employees and customers, we built a modular shop platform on which new ordering processes can be created quickly and easily.
The special feature lies in flexible rules for budgets, visibility and allocation in order to precisely control which customer groups can receive which articles. The backend modules are implemented as microservices and can be exchanged and recombined. Go-live was after 11 months, we are still supporting the project today.

For a partner in the automotive segment, we have developed a platform that enables drivers, haulage companies and clients to trade vehicle transfers.
The platform maps 360° of the process from order creation, award (low bid or price proposals) and execution to secure billing and documentation.
Haulage companies can bid and process more efficiently. Individual drivers gain access to orders from large clients. And clients benefit from more transport capacity and extremely efficient and reliable handling. Go-live was within 12 months, but we are still managing the project.

In the previous solution for vehicle transports, orders could only be distributed to haulage companies according to fixed keys. Onboarding new partners was time-consuming, which meant that the growing volume of transfers could not be adequately served.
