The customer, an agency, required mobile access to documents from any device at any time and to make the documents available with an authorisation concept. It should also be possible to plan tasks and projects. The solution should also be able to authorise external parties per project to ensure secure communication. Due to the sensitive nature of the data, another requirement was to keep the data in Germany.
Wünsch AG has provided the customer with an exclusive cloud in the Wünsch AG data centre. The requirements for secure operation in Germany were met.
Nextcloud was used as the basis for the customer communication solution. Nextcloud was adapted to individual customer requirements and authorisation concepts were integrated. The customer is therefore able to exchange data and communicate with end customers in a secure space.

In the course of digitalisation, the customer would like to automate a complex and highly manual process. The web application designed and developed by Wünsch AG digitises and automates the complex creation of valid wheel/tire combinations that customers can use to submit for TÜV approval. The processes and algorithms are extremely complex. The data is aggregated from various backend systems and automatically processed by the web application according to certain parameters. Externally, the wheel-tyre application acts as a backend system and supplies various external systems with aggregated data. Therefore, it is not so much the direct number of users that is interesting in this project, but rather the complex algorithms for calculating and creating the wheel-tyre combinations themselves, as well as the preparation of the data for supplying various other systems such as workshop systems, product catalogues, etc.
Wünsch AG was commissioned to conceptualise the web application and to carry out the architecture design and development. The application is to be operated in the Wünsch AG computer centre.
The customer has opened a new packaging and picking warehouse. There, the goods from different production locations are brought together. For the distribution of the goods, they have to be finally packed in the new warehouse and stored if required.
