Werner Rische was founded in 1973 as a pure powder coating company by Werner Rische. In 1992, his son-in-law Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Krause took over the business. Together with his wife, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Monika Krause, he has been running the family business ever since.

The innovative family business offers individual services tailored to the respective customer needs. The production facilities are constantly being developed, enlarged and expanded. The two most important points here are, on the one hand, the high quality standard with constant quality improvement and, on the other hand, the fast response time, both for powder coating and the production of laser, edged and milled parts as prototypes or series parts.

New branch of the company: Individually manufactured machines with customised controls and software that are integrated into existing operations and production processes and are designed to save energy. Development engineers work on the further development of existing production processes, taking into account not only short-term economic efficiency. Maintenance and energy costs are important criteria in the design of production elements. Long-term solutions are the goal.
