Client: A company providing Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions (RPM) and Mobile Personal Emergency Response Systems (mPERS).

Business Goal: Develop client's own product to optimize costs and personalized functionality development, as well as to eliminate dependence on third-party vendors.

Solution and Key Features:

-Interactive dashboard with customer list display

-Creation of individual programmes for clients (for example: monitoring of elderly patients, remote health monitoring). The frequency of consultations and other parameters can be customised for each client

-The report builder generates reports on the results of work with patients in dierent slices (how fast the requests are processed, how many hours each doctor works with each client, etc.).

-KPIs to aract new elderly customers who need to be connected to the programme

-Automated typical actions of physicians, which increased the speed of physician's work with patients

-Flexibility in configuring roles in the system

-Viewing the patient's monitored health indicators in a personal account

Project description

Client: Comet MD, a US-based healthcare technology company Business Goal: speed up and simplify communication between

doctors and elderly, sedentary and immobile patients.

Solution and Key Features: Web and mobile applications for video chaing with the doctor have been developed.

- UX/UI. The interface is as simple and user-friendly as possible: the patient can contact the doctor at the touch of a buon. Each patient gets a pre-configured tablet with the necessary set of applications.

- Process automation. The patient's call is placed in the call queue, the doctor sees who is waiting and how long they have been waiting for. When the doctor answers the call, a video chat begins. After the call, the doctor receives a text transcript of a call, allowing him or her not to be distracted by notes directly while talking to the patient.

- Easy management of the clinic. Administrator can assign patients to doctors, manage user access. New organisations can be created in the system and clinic administrators can be assigned.

Result: The application has been implemented in several clinics and is used by several hundred patients and several dozen doctors.
