Our cooperation with queo has been running since March 2022. We are currently working on three projects. What is remarkable is the great trust that the customer has in us - we work directly with queo's end customers and are also involved in the implementation process of individual applications at the end customers. We can therefore be proud of our expertise and commitment, which provides a high level of added value for both our client and the end customer.

One challenge we faced early on was the need to understand the end client's project and what was happening in the company. For example, it is necessary to identify the specific vocabulary used in a particular company for a particular project.

Another challenge is reverse engineering, i.e. updating older software. The aim here is to understand the original version of the software and then develop a new version with newer technologies.

Our cooperation with PICARD began when we were commissioned to develop a WMS (Warehouse Management System) with available goods and orders for external customers. Such a system definitely streamlines logistical processes, offers flexibility and thus better results in terms of efficiency.

The projects we are currently working on are based on the client's legacy system, which will eventually be completely replaced by a solution developed by VM.PL.

After a thorough analysis, we identified two key areas that needed improvement with regard to our client's product: a lack of intuitive design and an overly complicated billing process. Based on this, we decided to redesign the app to simplify the user experience.

Our main responsibilities were the graphical representation of the user flow, grid modelling, visual design and final implementation. The tool used for this process was Adobe XD.

The very good and trusting cooperation with VM.PL is promoted not least by regular meetings between developers, the VM.PL team as well as the management and the client's development team. The efficient online meetings always allow all those involved an insight into the current areas of activity and interim results of the development work.
