We are happy to provide you with comprehensive advice and, thanks to our WHG certification, we also have legal aspects in mind. We are not only passionate about equipping and planning new tanks, but also about repairing your tank or pump. To save you long waiting times, most repairs take place in our own workshop thanks to our spare parts service.

TLB-Tech was founded in 2008 with a small online shop and shipping from home. Over the years, we have been able to grow steadily and expand the foundation of our company.

The time had come in 2016. We needed more space and more employees to cope with the work and orders. So we expanded into new offices with an attached warehouse in Teistungen. With a new colleague in internal sales, the number of employees grew to three.

In 2018, we were certified by TÜV Süd as a specialist company in accordance with § 62 AwSV (Water Resources Act) in order to be able to provide you with even more qualified advice - also with regard to legal requirements. With the addition of a new accountant, our team now consists of four employees. In addition, we switched to a professional merchandise management system in order to speed up shipping and to manage more tasks through automation.

In 2019, we welcomed another new employee to our team. Due to the previous conversion of the merchandise management system and the rapid changes in the online world, we have established an IT department. This allows us to react faster and more professionally to technical requirements and to make your shopping experience with us even more secure.

In 2020, we will further expand our staff and need more space for the offices. We are one of the first companies to be allowed to train the new apprenticeship occupation "e-commerce clerk" and are looking forward to all applicants! After moving into the additional office space, we finally have more room and can expand. The high volume of orders means that we can welcome another employee for our warehouse!
