What we have done:

1. development of a new website design taking SEO into account.

2. development of an advertising strategy using Facebook Ads and Google Search Ads. We focussed on improving organic traffic.

3 Later, we scaled the ad campaigns and tested new group connections and broader semantics to increase our reach.

4 We worked on an email campaign to maintain contact with customers and increase sales.

Results:

- The number of visitors increased by +400%.

- The average cheque increased by 27 %.

- The cost of acquiring a customer was less than 2.5 $.

Project details: For one of the leading sports betting companies in the CIS countries, Parimatch (https://Parimatch.com), we developed a very complicated statistical system based on the results of football matches. This statistical system enables the creation of reports in the context of football teams, players and judges.

The results of football matches we had to get from a specialised analytic agency via REST API was one of the biggest challenges in this project, as the data provided by this agency had many errors and we found many bugs in REST API. As a result, we not only successfully completed the development of this statistical system for Parimatch, but also supported the IT team of a specialised analytic agency in debugging their REST API and fixed most of the bugs in the functionality of this REST API.
