The main task of the project was the consistent redesign of the operated BW system landscape. This included the independent creation of technical concepts for the expansion of the BW systems and their implementation in the BW backend system.
* Execution and implementation of several projects from data extraction to reporting layer.

* Performance optimisation of existing queries based on a HANA backend system.
Establishment of a global SAP landscape with the aim of integrating complex supply chains. An SAP system for full-scale logistics and finance outsourcing. 42 logistics processes, 38,000 customers in 115 countries, 19 company codes, 80 distributors, 7 subsidiaries, 4200 products and 1700 warehouse quants were taken into account.
Targets and improvements:
Stable service processes were established. Integration and interfacing of both customers and suppliers and improved customer satisfaction through high data quality - raised to 92% - achieved.
We facilitated a fast implementation using agile project management ( Scrum, Active Prototyping, Speed Customizing and fast lane approach).
The goal of the project is the conversion from the R3 system to S4/Hana in the area of finance. During the changeover, the FI/CO processes were to be adapted to the new conditions in the S4 environment. In addition to conceptual design and implementation, consulting support was also required for process adaptation. The project team was international and consisted of 17 project members.
