History of the Moritz Group of Companies
How it all began...

1995

The foundation stone for the successful development of the Moritz Group was laid in 1995 with the founding of Moritz Production - Innovation in Kunststoff GmbH, in Coburg.

The services of the technical office relate to the development, production and distribution of technical plastic parts, as well as the injection moulding tools and equipment required for this.

The main tasks here are purchasing and sales, as well as project and quality management, taking into account applicable national, international and customer-specific regulations and standards.

Injection moulding tools are manufactured by selected toolmakers in Germany and Central Europe after internal tool conception. The plastic parts are manufactured in permanent cooperation companies in Germany and Italy.

2002

Move to the new offices in Bad Rodach

2013

Due to the steady company development of Moritz Production and increasing demand from existing and potential customers as to whether plastic parts can also be produced in-house by Moritz, a further milestone was set in December 2013 with the founding of the subsidiary Moritz Technologies GmbH in Sonnefeld.

As a young, innovative and goal-oriented company, Moritz Technologies GmbH was founded as a permanent injection moulding production facility for Moritz Production, as well as a competent partner for direct customers in the field of contract injection moulding work, and has been steadily expanding ever since.

December 2013 Foundation of Moritz Technologies GmbH in Sonnefeld as a subsidiary of Moritz Production Innovation in Kunststoff GmbH Bad Rodach.

2016 Introduction of CAQ software SOLVTEC (software-controlled inspection plan processing and QA control)
