The quality improvement framework safeguards the development and operation of web portals, apps and backends in the extensive system landscapes of an automotive manufacturer. The cloud-scaled bot architecture currently secures various SUTs end-to-end with 30,000 test results per day. This volume of data is evaluated dynamically using analytics methods, dashboards, visualisations and individual evaluations.

Our team played a key role in planning and implementing the architecture. The framework is being expanded on a daily basis and our employees offer numerous quality assurance services in the Community of Practice.

The quality assurance secures both new releases by the developers and also offers live monitoring for the productive environment.

The project supported the quality initiative to increase and expand various quality aspects in the development process for internal products.

The introduction and coordination of a maturity model made it possible to plan various quality requirements by roadmap. In successive steps, process gaps were overcome and process consistency increased. With these process improvements, various quality aspects of the product could finally be established and subsequently increased.

The aim of the project was to support a group-wide sales andforce programme with quality management and automated safeguarding.

For this purpose, the QM stream was set up in the SAFe-based programme, which uses a sensible mix of manual and automated tests to subject the configuration, customising development and also the integration with the group's IT systems to continuous testing.

Through quality operations and automation, a high level of test coverage was achieved at reasonable cost and continuous integration was established and strengthened.

Through active and continuous monitoring, the fulfilment of service level agreements became verifiable and verifiable.
