The company m-creations came into an environment in which many points were not neatly clarified and there were clearly too few staff for the actual project: a situation in which many other companies would have failed.
The task was carried out diplomatically, also thanks to the one managing director of the company m-creations, Mr. Pacholak, in about the time hoped for and without much resistance from the staff. Mr. Pacholak additionally prepared the talks with the staff council together with the staff council and supported the co-determination procedure so that the project could go cleanly into operation.

The portal is programmed of the highest complexity, programmatically a brilliant achievement on all levels.
Unfortunately, due to the disputes of the shareholders of the company Rundholz 24 GmbH, for which the portal was programmed, the portal did not go into production. It is now being sold and will then go into production at the company Ayacandas GmbH.
This will allow this software to go live cleanly in 2024.
