3D metal melting - the start of a boundless future.
JELL 3D Metal Melting enables the fast and cost-effective production of single pieces, serial parts, simple moulds, individualised components, etc. through the use of innovative software and state-of-the-art technologies.

Efficient simulation for the optimum tool and plastic component.
Injection moulding simulation, filling simulation and warpage analysis of plastic components. Jell simulates the injection moulding process with reological analysis. The filling and holding pressure phases can be simulated and the warpage can be displayed. An important and frequently used function of the software is the thermal calculation of the process. This often involves comparing a conventional cooling system with a near-contour cooling system from JELL and presenting the results as PDF documentation. In conjunction with our service chain, the characterised data of the plastic parts / cooling inserts can be directly integrated into the subsequent injection moulding process and finished in the Jell 3D metal melting process.

Mould-Controlling - Effective and practical solutions.
We test, analyse and improve problematic prototypes and series tools of ongoing projects at home and abroad. In addition to practical and constructive experience, our flexibility plays a major role here. Many customers manufacture moulds in regions to which they do not have quick access. Jell Mould-Controlling therefore offers the service of effectively solving faulty parts within a few hours and on site.
