We offer the following precious metals for coating:
Gold (AuCo), silver, copper, nickel ductile, nickel bright, tin matt, tin bright, passivation (metallic or organic) as well as palladium.

All selective processes such as dipping, tesa, brush, wheel, inside-plating and spot techniques are used for electroplating. These processes achieve precise selectivity and thus optimum consumption of the precious metals.

In order to meet the requirements of dynamic markets, we focus on technological plant development, the automation of our production lines and the latest analysis methods. This enables us to offer our customers an ideal match of the systems to their products and the associated immediate and flexible adaptation. Our production planning is controlled by a modern plant control system and an SAP-supported ERP system. This represents the first important steps for our company in the context of Digitalisation 4.0.


Milestones:

1981
Heinz Gerweck founded a grinding and polishing business in a garage. Soon, the first technical parts for Deutsche Bahn were produced there with the help of a silver bath.

1990
the existing factory building was extended and a barrel and rack electroplating plant was put into operation.

1998
his son Michael Gerweck joined the company after training as an electroplater and obtaining his master craftsman's certificate.

2011
the company moved into a larger factory building with sufficient space for barrel and rack electroplating, a hall for selective and belt electroplating and the corresponding office space.

2012-2015
Construction and commissioning of further conveyor systems.

2018
Relocation of the administration and expansion of production at the new company location as well as expansion to include our logistics centre.

2018-2020
Expansion of production to include additional strip processing lines and conventional electroplating at the new location.
