The FLAVIA IT-Management GmbH FLAVIA IT-Management GmbH, founded in 2001 in Kassel, implements high-quality software products, modernises information technology landscapes and offers technology consulting in everyday work and in workshops. In doing so, FLAVIA IT works personally and closely with its customers, because modern IT projects often require heterogeneous teams and mutual know-how transfer. The consulting is always manufacturer-independent and neutral, open source, non-proprietary solutions and industry standards are preferred. As a knowledge-based organisation, we focus on market-relevant, always up-to-date methodological and technological knowledge, which we apply pragmatically and efficiently in projects for a wide range of industries, mostly in the development of customised software including system and data engineering. We engage with technology trends and explore and push the boundaries of what we can do. Since its foundation in 2001, FLAVIA IT has grown solidly and today implements complex IT projects for large and medium-sized companies with over 60 hand-picked employees in Germany. We Flavians are part of an employee-centred company with a penchant for teamwork. We know and appreciate each other: our professional strengths, our individual skills and personal preferences. Working with Flavians is result-oriented, goal-oriented and - fun! We also maintain this motivation by working with each other as equals, giving each other personal and professional feedback and constantly transferring know-how - because our knowledge is our capital. We work with a few central process teams and many decentralised project teams and take on different tasks: from consulting in the run-up to implementation to support and maintenance in live operation. This way of working and corporate attitude allows us to respond very flexibly to our customers' wishes in order to guarantee maximum success in the project.
