Creating software packages for installation for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 with Installshield; using the AppdeployToolkit as a shell for software installation; distributing software packages with Microsoft SCCM (Windows 10); distributing software packages with ASG Cloudfactory (Windows Server).
Documentation of the software packages; evaluation of the applications; support of the product managers in testing the software packages.

Management of software packaging, software distribution, GI creation (Citrix Golden Image) and 2nd level support for clients and servers with up to 15 employees. 112 software packages, 300 2nd level tickets and 100 software rollouts per month. Regular status meetings with the end customer for the project and daily business.

MSI and App-V 5.0 packaging with Flexera Admin Studio 2014 and the App-V Sequencer, as well as integration in SCCM 2012 R2 Sp1 and test distribution as part of a Windows 7 X64/Server 2008R2/2012 migration. Implementation, quality assurance, troubleshooting and distribution of the created packages in/with SCCM 2012. Audit-proof authorisation allocation according to licence specifications.

o Create new vDisk in Citrix Studio

Large-scale problem solving using scripts and server configurations. Creation and adaptation of task sequences for the constantly modernising target environment.

Together with other departments, build test environments to show diagnostics for future products and create decision making for the customer.

Creation of applications/ packages/task sequences, management of deployments, monitoring, administration, error handling in SCCM.
