The main focus of our engineering office is on the one hand the planning of structural solutions in steel and plant construction and on the other hand all the necessary structural engineering tasks.

Since 1999, our design office has been working on orders in all branches of industry where steel construction and concrete construction are required.

The requirements of our customers' individual projects are extremely varied and special, often requiring good ideas and creativity. Standard solutions are alien to us. The experience of our long-standing employees from working on these many projects are useful building blocks for all new projects of our clients.

1) PLANNING IN STEEL AND PLANT CONSTRUCTION
- Design, structural to workshop planning of the steel structure for industrial plants, including static processing.
- Structural and static planning of technological steel construction
- Statics with FEM and design for tanks, apparatus and vessels
- Design and finite element calculation of reactors
- Special constructions in plant engineering

2) PLANNING IN EXISTING FACILITIES
- Feasibility studies for the conversion and extension of the steel and concrete structure in existing plants
- Recalculation of existing structures according to the new standard
- Development of 3D models of existing facilities as a basis for conversion, renewal and expansion
- Design planning, structural design and construction of new plant components in existing buildings
- Shop drawings, formwork and reinforcement plans, assembly plans

3) CONSTRUCTION PLANNING
- Structural design reinforced concrete for industrial and commercial buildings
- Design, approval and implementation planning for reinforced concrete engineering structures such as tanks, basins, cups, channels
- Preparation of specifications, participation in awarding contracts, construction supervision, accounting and documentation, SiGe coordination
- Construction planning for private builders

4) BUILDING PRESERVATION, RENOVATION OF STRUCTURAL FACILITIES
- Building condition surveys, assessment of load-bearing capacity
- Repair planning, structural reinforcement
- Planning of new replacement construction


Projects are handled by mechanical engineers, designers, civil engineers with submission authorisation, qualified structural engineers, safety and health coordinators in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance and EAB 30 and technical draughtsmen.

The use of modern hardware and software in our company is a matter of course. Programs such as ProSteel 3D, Advance Steel, AutoCAD, Dlubal RSTAB and RFEM as well as STRAKON facilitate our planning activities.
