doctors and elderly, sedentary and immobile patients.
Solution and Key Features: Web and mobile applications for video chaing with the doctor have been developed.
— UX/UI. The interface is as simple and user-friendly as possible: the patient can contact the doctor at the touch of a buon. Each patient gets a pre-configured tablet with the necessary set of applications.
— Process automation. The patient’s call is placed in the call queue, the doctor sees who is waiting and how long they have been waiting for. When the doctor answers the call, a video chat begins. After the call, the doctor receives a text transcript of a call, allowing him or her not to be distracted by notes directly while talking to the patient.
— Easy management of the clinic. Administrator can assign patients to doctors, manage user access. New organizations can be created in the system and clinic administrators can be assigned.
Result: The application has been implemented in several clinics and is used by several hundred patients and several dozen doctors.
