The client is currently using Box for file storage and collaboration. They are evaluating a migration to Microsoft OneDrive because they already have a subscription to Microsoft 365. The client has a list of features that they need to assess whether OneDrive can support. In particular, they are concerned about the collaboration features, as they use multiple root folders that can be shared with team members. They need someone who can assess their situation, consult with them, and help to operationally execute the migration of files.

What I have done:

• I have met with the client to understand their needs and requirements.
• I have assessed the client's current environment and identified any potential challenges with the migration.
• I have developed a migration plan that addresses the client's needs and requirements.
• I have communicated the migration plan to the client and obtained their approval.
• I am currently in the process of migrating the client's files to OneDrive.
• I will provide the client with support during the migration and after the migration is complete.

we worked with the client to help define the requirements and provide strategic advice on the design and implementation of their Information Architecture for their migration to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. I implemented a minimal viable proof of concept SharePoint framework add-in and associated Power Automate Flows for propagating metadata.

Responsibilities:
